GDA Tender: Dedicated Water Supply Connection to Pak-China Friendship Hospital, Gwadar (Closes 2026-09-30)

Gwadar Development Authority (Office of the Executive Engineer - Water II) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the provision of a dedicated water supply connection to Pak-China Friendship Hospital, Gwadar. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB is mandatory for all bidders.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Active Taxpayer on the FBR Active Tax Payer List.
- The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required.
- Minimum of 2 completed assignments of similar nature.
- Minimum turnover of PKR 4,802,724 in the previous three years evidencing financial capacity.
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 or above in the relevant category; specialized codes for water supply / general civil engineering works as applicable.

Procurement Procedure & Bid Submission:

- Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure.
- Bids must include bid security of 2% in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
- Tender documents and bidding documents (fee PKR 1,000) are available from the undersigned office and through the GDA/BPPRA websites. Tender fee and bidding document charges must be deposited to the GDA account (collection/fund account) via Bank Alfalah Ltd, Gwadar Branch (account details provided in tender documents).

- Issuance of tender documents: From publication date of NIT until 2026-09-30 during office hours on working days.
- Last date and time for submission: 2026-09-30 by 11:00 AM.
- Tender opening: 2026-09-30 at 12:00 PM at the Office of the Executive Engineer (Water-II), Gwadar Development Authority; bidders or their authorized representatives may attend.
