Addendum to Bidding Documents — PRSWSSP (Punjab): Revised Eligibility Criteria for Civil Works Packages

Issuer: Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) on behalf of the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP), financed in part by the World Bank.

Purpose: This addendum revises the bidding/eligibility requirements for multiple civil works packages under the PRSWSSP. The amendments change the minimum average annual construction turnover and the specific construction & contract management experience thresholds required for responsive bids. All prospective bidders for the listed civil works packages must apply using the amended qualification criteria set out in this addendum.
