Assistant Director (Water Supply & Sanitation) – Directorate General (M&E), Punjab (Contract)

Directorate General (Monitoring & Evaluation), Planning & Development Board, Government of Punjab, Lahore invites applications for a contract position under the ADF-funded project “Restructuring of Directorate General (M&E) for Improved Monitoring & Evaluation of Development Projects in Punjab”. Applications are invited through the Punjab jobs portal by the closing date below.

How to apply & important conditions:

1. Candidates domiciled in Punjab must apply online through the Punjab jobs portal (www.jobs.punjab.gov.pk) by 2026-09-20 at 4:00 PM.

2. Applicants must upload attested scanned copies of academic and experience certificates, CNIC and domicile when applying online and also send attested hard copies to the office of Directorate General (M&E), P&D Board, Punjab.

3. Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration is mandatory for engineering applicants where applicable.

4. Age will be calculated as of the last date of submission. Only post-qualification experience will be considered; no separate age relaxation will be given beyond the stated maximum for each job.

5. Candidates already in Government service must apply through proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.

6. Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will be rejected. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be paid.

7. The post is contract-based for the project duration and will be filled in accordance with the Contract Appointment Policy 2004. Submission of false documents or concealment of facts will lead to disqualification at any stage.
