Office of the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Regional Tax Office, Peshawar (Federal Board of Revenue) invites applications from experienced, reputed registered auctioneers / auction firms for empanelment as official/government auctioneer for a period of five (05) years to conduct public auctions of unserviceable, obsolete and scrap government items on an “as-is, where-is” basis. Items may include vehicles, IT equipment, machinery, office furniture, cigarette paper and other similar stores.

| Office & Documentation | Established office in Pakistan with proper documentation (e.g., lease agreement, rent deed and proof of electricity/telephone at office). Bank account/IBAN and financial soundness certified by a scheduled bank. |
| Professional Standing | Recommendation and membership of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Firm must not be blacklisted by any government organization or procurement regulatory authority. |
| Term | Empanelment period: 05 years to conduct public auctions on behalf of the government. |
| Performance Security | Selected party must provide a surety bond on prescribed judicial form and a bank guarantee of Rs. 500,000 (refundable on satisfactory completion of registration conditions). |
| Submission | Applications must reach the office of the undersigned by the deadline. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. |
