The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has scheduled a public hearing on the fuel charges adjustment (FCA) requested by the Central Power Purchasing Agency - Guaranteed (CPPA-G) for the month of July 2026 relating to Ex-WAPDA distribution companies (DISCOs). The request includes an increase of Rs. 2.52/kWh over the reference fuel charges and is subject to determination by the Authority. In light of Federal Government Policy Guidelines, any FCA determined for WDISCOs will also apply to K-Electric consumers.
