Key instructions and procurement conditions:

- The last date and time for electronic submission is 2026-09-01 at 12:00 PM; electronic opening of bids will be on the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Principal (as stated).
- Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of Principal, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest School, Abbottabad must be furnished as specified in the bidding documents.
- A pre-bid/site clarification meeting is scheduled for 2026-08-24 at 10:00 AM for Lots 10 and 11 (as specified).
- All required technical and financial documents, original CDR and No-Litigation/Non-Blacklisting certificates (where applicable) must be submitted as per the NIT. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept/reject bids per KPPRA Rules.
