Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO), Chief Engineer (Development) PMU MEPCO Multan, invites electronic bids (E-Bids 2.0) for multiple supply packages for the Annual Procurement Plan FY 2026-27. How to apply / key instructions:
- Bids must be submitted online through MEPCO E-Bids (EPDAS/E-Bids 2.0) before the specified closing time for each package. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted.
- Bidding will follow Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure under applicable PPRA rules.
- Each bid must be accompanied by the required bid security (amounts shown above) in an acceptable form (call deposit / bank guarantee) in favour of Chief Engineer (Development) PMU MEPCO Multan. Bid security validity and other conditions follow MEPCO procurement rules (see e-tender documents).
- Bidders should download bidding documents and upload proposals via MEPCO/EPDAS portals. Incomplete or late bids will be rejected.
