Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites pre-qualification (PQ) proposals from eligible general contractors for the establishment of Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore — Institute of Surgical, Orthopedic & Medical Rehabilitation, Lahore. Pre-qualification proposals must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement/e-APDS system (ePADS) in accordance with PPRA rules.

Interested bidders must follow the instructions contained in the Pre-Qualification document and upload their PQ proposal on ePADS by the deadline. PQ proposals received through any other mode will not be considered. Pre-qualification proposals will be opened on the same day as submission on ePADS. If the last date of submission is declared a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
