Issuer: National Dredging & Marine Services (Private) Limited (NDMS). Purpose: Time-charter procurement of a dredging fleet comprising a Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD), a Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) and associated support vessels, per PPRA procedures.
