SZABMU Annual E-Bid Tender 2026-27 — IT, Furniture, Lunch Boxes & Tea (Closing 2026-09-07)

Issuer: Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU), G-8/3, Islamabad. Financial Year 2026-27. Tender No: SZABMU/2026/TENDER NO. 46. Single-stage two-envelope e-bid through e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS 2.0) under PPRA Rules 2004.

Eligibility & key conditions: bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue; have proof of existence in the particular business for at least five (05) years; rates must be quoted in PKR inclusive of all taxes; separate envelope/bid for each category; scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded to e-PADS and the original/hardcopy of the bid security instrument must be submitted physically.

Earnest money: PKR 100,000 (Rupees One Hundred Thousand) as bid security for each category. Pay order/guarantee in favour of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University must be submitted with the technical bid.

Submission method and deadline: Bids must be prepared per the Bidding Document and submitted through e-PADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk by or before 2026-09-07 at 11:00 AM. The physical copy along with the original bid security instrument must be delivered in a sealed envelope (clearly mentioning the name and reference number of the procurement activity) to the Purchase Office, 5th Floor, School of Dentistry, adjacent to CPSP Building, Ravi Road, G-8/3, Islamabad, on or before the due date and time.

Opening: Bids will be opened on 2026-09-07 at 11:30 AM through e-PADS-2.0 in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Opening session venue: Syndicate Hall, Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, 5th Floor, School of Dentistry Building, adjacent to CPSP, Ravi Road, G-8/3, Islamabad.
