AWKUM Tender: Procurement of Tyres (Transport) and Computer Hardware (Physics) — Bids Due 2026-09-15

Issuer: Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. The University invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage - Two Envelopes Procedure for procurement of tyres for the Transport Section and computer hardware for the Department of Physics.

Eligibility: Firms registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR), appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) where applicable.

Bid security and fees: A Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the quoted bid cost, issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. Original CDR must be submitted per EPADS requirements. Tender document fee: Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of Treasurer AWKUM. Scanned copies of the tender fee DD/PO and the 2% CDR must be uploaded on EPADS and the physical originals submitted to the Procurement Office.
