Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA), Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids (e-Procurement) from eligible bidders registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the construction and establishment of Sahulat Bazaars in multiple districts of Punjab. Bidding will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Single Stage - Two Envelope e-Bidding).
Key dates & submission: Tender date 2026-08-17. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-25 at 11:00 AM. Complete bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 2026-09-01 up to 09:30 AM; technical bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on the same day.
