Government Warning: Vacate Multi-Storeyed Building RB-6/12-2, Hasan Manzil, Arambagh Road, Karachi

Issuer: Government of Pakistan — Abandoned Properties Organization, Cabinet Division, Karachi. This is an official warning to all occupants of the described building that the property has been declared abandoned, dangerous and unfit for habitation and vests in the Federal Government under the Abandoned Properties (Management) Act.

Purpose: Immediate evacuation and cessation of use/occupation of the building to protect life and property. The notice states that occupants previously advised to vacate have continued to occupy the premises despite warnings; continued occupation is at the occupants' own risk. The Abandoned Properties Organization reserves all rights to secure the building and take further action under applicable law.
