RTB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Disposal of Peshawar Bus Terminal Assets (Second Re-Advertisement)

Director Transport, Road Transport Board (RTB), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids under Rule 6(2)(a) “Single Stage One Envelope Procedure” of KPPRA Rules 2014 for disposal of RTB assets at Peshawar Bus Terminal (PBT). Eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents from the Office of the Secretary, Road Transport Board / Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Submission details, bid securities and opening schedule are listed below. Document fee PKR 500 per application (bank draft in favour of Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa). Bidders must submit bid security as Call Deposit Receipt/Pay Order in the name of "Secretary, Road Transport Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa". Contractors must be registered with the Local Council Board, Local Government Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidding documents are available from the office (Ground Floor, Benevolent Fund Building, Peshawar Cantt) during 09:00–17:00 (Mon–Fri) from publication date.

The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. Successful bidders/contractors will be liable to deposit applicable income tax and other taxes as prescribed by Federal or Provincial law. If the bid submission or opening date falls on a public holiday declared by Federal/Provincial Government, the activity will be held on the next working day.
