PESCO Invitation to E-Bid for 11kV Dropout Cutouts and HT Steel Structures

Issued by Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) — Manager Material Management. PESCO invites e-bids for procurement packages under PESCO Tender No. 2026-27/MM-13 (E-PADS Tender No. P91033). Bidding will be conducted via the ePADS v2.0 platform. Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure will be used and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) shall govern the procurement.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidding documents and submission must be completed electronically on ePADS v2.0. Manual bids will not be entertained.

- Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents (in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan, in favor of PESCO, Peshawar). The original bid security with a covering letter must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Room No. 311, Manager Material Management, PESCO H/Q, Shami Road, Peshawar, before or on the bid closing time.

- Bidders should review the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and applicable PESCO regulations and procurement guidelines. Procurement Redressal Committee (GRC) provisions apply for any grievances.

- E-bids must be uploaded on ePADS v2.0 and submitted by the deadline stated below. Failure to submit the required original documents and bid security may result in disqualification.
