Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC), established by the Ministry of Industries and Production, invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company. The CEO will be based in Lahore and will be responsible for overall profitability, strategic leadership and effective management of the company.

| Minimum Qualifications | Graduate degree (16 years) in Business Administration / Public Administration / Bachelor of Engineering / Finance / Commerce / Marketing or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Foreign qualifications require equivalence certification. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 10 years in a senior management position; experience in technology/skill development initiatives preferred. |
| Age Limit | Candidate should not be above 62 years at time of submission of application. |
| Remuneration | Competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience; congenial professional environment. |
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for overall profitability and efficient management of the company; financial and other controls subject to Board oversight; present strategic business plans and policies to the Board; ensure proper HR management and utilization; ensure optimal use of funds and organizational resources; ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SOE Act, Memorandum and Articles of Association and other applicable government/SECP instructions and policies; look after overall business of the Company in accordance with applicable laws.

No TA/DA will be admissible for interview. TUSDEC reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
