| Key Responsibilities | Overall profitability and efficient management of the Company; financial and other controls; presenting strategic business plans and policy matters to the Board; implement Board-approved plans and policies; proper HR management and utilization; ensuring statutory compliance; look after Company affairs under relevant acts and governmental instructions. |
| Minimum Qualifications | Graduate degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Bachelor’s of Engineering / Finance / Commerce / Marketing (16 years of education) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates with foreign qualifications should provide HEC equivalence. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 10 years at a senior management level. Experience implementing technology/skill development initiatives preferred. |
| Age Limit | Applicant should not be above 62 years of age at the time of submission of application. |
| Pay & Conditions | Competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. Appointment subject to terms and conditions; selection on merit. |
