| Key Responsibilities | Achieve CA, SA and total deposit targets and other revenue/cross-functional targets for the region; collaborate with business units to identify prospective customers and enhance sales opportunities and deposit mobilization; enhance and optimize productivity while enforcing compliance; ensure adherence to SBP regulations, bank policies, procedures and risk guidelines; build succession pipeline and ensure high team engagement. |
