Tender: Procurement of Medical Gases for Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital (FY 2026-27)

Office of the Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital invites electronic bids for the procurement of medical gases for FY 2026-2027. Ref: PC/RTH/3091 dated 2026-08-11. Firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.

- Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules-2014 on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis.

- Bidding documents are available free from the PPRA portal and the e-Punjab Acquisitions & Disposal System (e-PADS): http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk

- Electronic bids must be submitted via e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System by 2026-09-03 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via e-PADS.

- In addition to online submission, bidders must submit hard copies of the technical bid and bid security/performance guarantee at the Purchase Cell, Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital, Rawalpindi by 2026-09-03 at 11:00 AM.

- Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital will not be responsible for costs incurred in bid preparation or electronic submission. All procedures (receipt, opening, evaluation, awarding) will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 and the e-Punjab Acquisitions & Disposal System.
