Chief Minister's Office, Punjab invites e-bids on a lot basis from firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order/service providers (and JVs if applicable) registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. Bidders must submit separate e-bids for each lot; awards will be made separately per lot. The single-stage, two-envelope procedure applies.
