Office of the Treasurer, University of Malakand invites sealed bids on Single-Stage Two-Envelope basis for supply of examination stationery, allied items, library books and project equipment for Financial Year 2026-27 divided into nine lots. Eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, importers, book sellers, publishers and IT/lab equipment suppliers may apply.

Key eligibility & submission requirements: Valid FBR/NTN registration and Active Taxpayer status; KPRA registration applicable for relevant lots; OEM/authorized-dealer certificate required where specified (lots 5, 6, 8 & 9); non-blacklisting affidavit; where applicable minimum relevant supply experience and submission of physical samples/compliance sheets with the technical bid. Full eligibility, technical specifications and evaluation criteria are provided in the bidding documents.

Clarifications/queries may be submitted via EPADS during working days; queries will not be entertained after the date specified in the bidding documents. Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives; financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later and notified separately. Each lot will be evaluated and awarded independently. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules.
