Issuer: Government of Pakistan — Ministry of Railways / Pakistan Railways. Seeking an Individual Consultant (Institutional & Reform Sector Specialist) for consultancy services under Loan 6056-PAK: Railway Improvement Project (ML-1 Karachi–Rohri upgradation, 480 km). The consultancy supports design review, institutional strengthening and PPP/commercialization for the ML-1 project. Recruitment will follow ADB Procurement Policy and ADB Procurement Regulations (2017, as amended).
