Issuer: Higher Education Department, Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir. Purpose: Invitation of applications from eligible AJ&K students for laptop distribution under the Chief Minister Punjab Laptop Scheme.
Basic eligibility and requirements:
| Requirement / Program | Details |

| Identity & Domicile | Valid CNIC or B-Form number; must hold domicile/state subject of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. |
| Enrollment | Must be enrolled in BS, MBBS, BDS, D-Pharm, DVM, BSc Engineering or BS Nursing programs at any public/private sector/federal or chartered medical & dental college/college & university. |
| BS programs | Minimum 65% marks in Intermediate. |
| MBBS & BDS | Minimum 80% marks in Intermediate. |
| BSc Engineering / DVM / D-Pharm | Minimum 75% marks in Intermediate. |
| BS Nursing | Minimum 65% marks in Intermediate. |
| Disabled students | Students with a disability certificate from the Social Welfare Department AJ&K will be awarded laptops irrespective of Intermediate marks. |
| Non-Muslim students | Intermediate marks requirement set at 55% for the above programs/disciplines. |
| Previous beneficiaries | Applicant must not have previously received a laptop under any provincial or federal government scheme. Applicant must submit an affidavit on stamp paper, attested by a notary public. |
How to apply: Apply online at the Higher Education Department official website: https://hed.ajk.gov.pk/ within 15 days from the publication of the advertisement.
