Issuer: Port Qasim Authority (PQA), Bin Qasim, Karachi. Procurement of non-consultancy services for cleaning and sweeping of PQA areas, offices and housing complex.

Scope: Provision of cleaning and sweeping services across PQA premises, offices and housing complex as specified in the e-bidding documents.

Procurement method: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure using Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bidders must be eligible and registered on the PQA e-procurement platform (EPDAS v2.0).

Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security as described in the bidding documents (acceptable forms include Pay Order or as otherwise indicated in the Bid Security section).
