Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). Purpose: Public hearing on the fuel charges adjustment (FCA) requested by Central Power Purchasing Agency – Guarantee Limited (CPPA-G) for the month of July 2026 affecting ex-WAPDA distribution companies (to be applied also to K-Electric consumers as per policy guidance).
CPPA-G has submitted detailed generation, fuel cost and unit rate data for July 2026 and requested an increase of Rs. 2.52/kWh over the reference fuel charge, yielding a requested FCA reference of Rs. 7.0929/kWh for July 2026. Interested and affected parties may raise written/oral objections at the hearing as permissible under law. Relevant filings, Act, rules, regulations, codes and Authority determinations requested/ filed by CPPA-G are available on NEPRA's website: www.nepra.org.pk.
