Issuer: Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA), National Heritage & Culture Division.
Purpose: Prequalification of firms/companies to provide event services for PNCA's recurring programmes including exhibitions, festivals, theatre, music performances, conferences, seminars, award ceremonies, national-day programmes, international cultural exchanges, youth activities and outreach events. Services will be required on an as-and-when-needed basis at PNCA premises and, where specified, at other locations in Pakistan.
