| Key Responsibilities | Overall profitability and efficient management of the company; financial and other controls subject to Board oversight; present strategic business plans and policies to the Board; ensure HR management and optimal use of funds and resources; look after company business in accordance with relevant laws and articles of association and government/SECP instructions. |
| Minimum Qualifications & Experience | Graduate degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Bachelor of Engineering / Finance / Commerce / Marketing (16 years of education) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Foreign qualifications must provide HEC equivalence. Minimum 15 years relevant experience with at least 10 years in a senior management position; candidates should have experience implementing technology/skill development initiatives that improved productivity and competitiveness. |
| Age Limit | Not above 62 years at the time of submission of application. |
| Contract & Remuneration | Competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualification and experience. Appointment on contract basis for a period of three (03) years as per rules. |
| Terms | Appointments made purely on merit. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview/selection process. Selected applicant must submit a declaration on non‑judicial stamp paper. No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews.
