The Court of the Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling), Karachi, issues a proclamation requiring the appearance of accused Abdur Rehman (Import Manager, M/s. Global International, Office No. 504, 5th Floor, Hussain Centre, New Challi, Karachi) in Case No. 244/2023 (FIR No. 11/2023-R&D-WEST) concerning alleged offences under the Customs Act, 1969. The accused is reported to be absconding and a warrant of arrest was returned unexecuted.
