MTI-Hayatabad Medical Complex Tender: Catering, Lighting, Printing & Gold Medals (Closing 2026-09-07)

Hospital Director, MTI-Hayatabad Medical Complex (HMC), Peshawar invites national competitive bids through the e-PAQS portal on behalf of MTI-HMC, KGMC, IKD, BSC & PICO for supply/services as per KPPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Registered firms with relevant tax and registration documents are eligible to participate.

• Submission method: e-PAQS portal uploads only. Bidders must ensure timely upload; the procuring office will not be responsible for portal/system/internet failures.
• All bids must include the mandatory lowest bid certificate in the approved format. Non-compliance will render a bid non-responsive.
• Bidders must quote for the whole LOT as specified; partial or alternative/conditional bids will be rejected.
• Original bid security (in acceptable bank instrument) must be uploaded on e-PAQS and the hard copy submitted to Supply Chain Management Department, Administration Block, MTI-HMC & Affiliated Institutions.
• If the tender opening day is a public holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
