UHS Lahore Tender: Framework Contract for Grocery, Vegetables, Meat & Bakery Items (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore. Tender No: UHS/PUR/FW/26-27/371. Single-stage, two-envelope bidding is invited from sole manufacturers / authorized distributors / authorized dealers registered with sales/tax authorities for the framework contract to procure grocery items, vegetables, bakery items and meat for UHS for the financial year 2026-27.

Key submission details:

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-08-31 by 03:00 PM (bids must be submitted on PEPS/EPADS PPRA Punjab).

- Bid opening: 2026-08-31 at 03:30 PM before the Tender Committee in the presence of representatives of participating firms.

- Earnest money: 2% of the estimated cost for each lot, refundable as per PPRA Rule 27. Earnest money must be provided in the form of a Bank Guarantee / CDR / Bank Cheque in favor of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore.

- Taxes and duties as applicable under government rules.

The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to disqualify any supplier/contractor if any stage/transaction is found to contain false/inaccurate information under PPRA Rule 2014 (Amended).
