| Implementation Roadmap & Handover | Collaborate with AGP management to produce an agreed implementation roadmap, milestones, roles, responsibilities, KPIs and an executive readiness summary for the Board and ESG Committee; complete handover documentation. |

Eligibility: Qualified and experienced ESG consulting firms with demonstrable capability in IFRS S1/S2 readiness, GHG accounting and sustainability reporting.
