Sheikh Mohammad bin Zayed Al-Nahyan Institute of Cardiology (Quetta) invites electronic bids for supply of medical equipment and accessories under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not required. Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (GOB) is mandatory for all bidders.

Tender fee: PKR 1,000 (non-refundable).

Eligibility & conditions (summary): Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must be active on tax payer lists, not blacklisted, and provide required bid security (bank guarantee / deposit at call from a scheduled bank). Manufacturers' authorization in favor of the bidder, valid regulatory/registration documents, and declarations regarding product quality are required as specified in the bidding documents. Joint ventures are not permissible. Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be used.

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement portal by the stated deadline. Bids will be opened electronically on the date/time given in the bidding documents.

Documents & bid security: The NIT and bidding documents are available electronically. Bid security (PKR 500,000) must accompany the bid in the form specified (bank guarantee / deposit at call).
