Voluntary Winding Up Notice — M/s Lasbela Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Claims Invited)

M/s Lasbela Chamber of Commerce and Industry (a company limited by guarantee) has resolved to wind up its affairs voluntarily following a Special Resolution passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 2026-08-05 under the Companies Act, 2017. M/s Rahim Jan and Company, Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as Liquidator.

All creditors, claimants, suppliers, contractors, employees, government departments, statutory bodies and any other persons with claims, demands, objections or liabilities against the Company must submit full particulars of their claims together with supporting documents to the Liquidator within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Submit claims and supporting documents to the Liquidator at the address above within the stated deadline. If no claim is received within the prescribed period, it will be presumed that no claim exists and the liquidation will continue in accordance with law.
