Virtual University Pakistan Tender for Biological Sciences Lab Equipment (Tender No. VU/26-27/07/893)

Issuer: Virtual University of Pakistan, Procurement Department, Directorate of Finance.

Purpose: Supply of equipment for Labs of Biological Sciences (BIO).

Eligibility: Firms registered with Tax Authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.

How to apply/bid: Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) at https://epads.gov.pk. Tender documents are also available on the Virtual University website: https://www.vu.edu.pk/Opportunities/Tenders. Bids submitted by any other mode will not be considered.

Bid security: If applicable, the Bid Security amount and form as specified in the bidding documents must be uploaded as a scanned copy on EPADS v2.0. The original Bid Security, together with one hard copy of the sealed bid, must be submitted physically to the Virtual University of Pakistan at the address below on or before the bid closing date. Bids requiring Bid Security that are submitted without the prescribed Bid Security shall be rejected.

Remarks: The complete tendering process will be carried out through EPADS v2.0. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annul the procurement process in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. This notice is also available on the PPRA website.
