Issuer: Pakistan Railways / Project Implementation Unit ML-1 (Pakistan Railways). Loan: 6056-PAK from the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The Ministry of Railways is the Executing Agency and Pakistan Railways is the Implementation Agency for the Railway Improvement Project (RIP).
Purpose: The project requires individual consultant services to support Design Review, Institutional Strengthening, and PPP/Commercialization for the ML-1 Karachi - Rohvi (480 Km) Upgradation Project.
EOI Submission: Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are invited from qualified experts. Procurement will follow ADB Procurement Policy and ADB Procurement Regulations (2017, as amended).
