Project Director (BS-19) — PMU for Establishment of Agriculture University Swat (Agriculture Department, Peshawar)

Applications are invited by the Agriculture Department, Civil Secretariat Peshawar for the position of Project Director (BS-19) in the Project Management Unit (PMU) for the ADP scheme "Establishment of Agriculture University at Swat" on a contract basis.

Contract & Duration: Appointment is purely project-based on contract as per the Approved Government Project Implementation Policy 2022 and approved PC-1. Initial contract period: up to three years or till project completion (whichever is earlier). If PC-1 is continued/revised, the contract may be extended for another two years upon satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities: Overall in-charge of the PMU for project implementation; manage project accounts; report financial and physical progress; liaise with administrative department and sub-sectors; act as PMU focal person; arrange and implement decisions of meetings; lead implementation using participatory approach to achieve PC-1 objectives.
