Eligibility: Candidate must have passed complete HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent. Admission is subject to at least 60% marks in HSSC (Pre-Medical). Candidates must qualify the UHS Undergraduate Admission Test (UGAT-2026) with a minimum of 50% marks.
Application procedure & fees: Apply online at http://portals.uhs.edu.pk/ug-admission by creating a verified account. Each selected program requires a separate application and a non-refundable processing fee of Rs.10,000 plus a UGET fee of Rs.3,000. Pay via system-generated challan at designated banks within the prescribed deadline. Any modification after submission requires fresh payment.

UGAT format & merit calculation: UGAT is a single paper of 100 MCQs (25 questions each from English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics). Merit weightage: SSC/Equivalent 10%, HSSC (Pre-Medical Part-I/Equivalent) 40%, UHS-UGAT-2026 score 50%.
Documents to upload: CNIC/B-Form, father's CNIC, recent passport photograph, SSC certificate/result card, HSSC Part-I result card, domicile, character certificate, migration certificate (if applicable) and other required documents. Incomplete or improperly submitted applications will be rejected.
