Pakistan Meteorological Department (Ministry of Defence) invites pre-qualification applications from registered firms (active on the Federal Board of Revenue tax lists and Active Taxpayer List) for repair and replacement parts for the Glacial Lake Outburst Flood (GLOF) Early-Warning System under financial year 2027-28. Submissions must be made through the PPRA e-PAQS (2.0) portal; shortlisted firms will be required to provide supporting hard copies as stated below.
