Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division South Waziristan Lower invites electronic pre-qualification applications through EPADS from eligible contractors duly enlisted with the Provincial Enlistment Committee, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the financial year 2026-27. Successful pre-qualification is required to participate in the subsequent bidding process for Annual Maintenance & Repair (AM&R) Electrical & Mechanical works.
Bidding Solicitation Documents (BSDs) and detailed terms, scope and eligibility criteria are available on EPADS and can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division South Waziristan Lower during office hours.
Applications must be submitted online via EPADS on or before 2026-08-18 at 11:00 hours. Submitted applications will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives.
