NTC Tender: Outsourcing Photocopy Services at RHQ, Lahore (Bid Deadline 2026-08-27)

Issuer: National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), Office of Director NTC, RHQs Building, 6-Race Course Road, Lahore.

Purpose: Outsourcing of photocopy services at NTC RHQ Building on a rate-running contract basis. Contract term: one year, extendable for up to two additional years (total up to three years) based on yearly performance.

Eligibility: Reputed and relevant experienced firms registered with the Income Tax Department may participate.

How to Apply / Submit Bids: Bidding documents, terms and specifications are available to registered bidders on EPADS (www.epads.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before the bid closing date and time. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day, at least 30 minutes after closing time.

Additional Information: Notification of the Grievance Redress Committee constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA Rules, 2004 is available on EPADS and on NTC website.
