Purpose: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) to consider corporate actions relating to the company’s share capital and amendments to constitutional documents, and other related matters.

Meeting date & time: 2026-01-26 at 11:00 AM. Venue: Registered office of the company, 72-B, Lahore.

Record/book closure: Share transfer books will be closed from 2026-01-19 to 2026-01-26 (inclusive). Only shareholders on the company/CDC register as of the book-closure date will be eligible for entitlement to vote/attend the EOGM.
