Pakistan Air Force — Open Tender Notice (Corrigendum & Extensions)

Issuer: Pakistan Air Force (PAF). Sealed tenders are invited by various PAF bases/units for the supply, purchase, repair and overhauling of listed items, spare parts and services. This notice publishes corrigenda and extensions to previously advertised tenders and provides consolidated instructions and terms for submission.

• Obtain detailed tender documents, schedules and single point contacts from the official PAF website: www.paf.gov.pk or from the respective PAF base/unit offices listed in the tender notice.
• Firms must be registered with NTN and be registered for GST / professional tax as applicable.
• Quotations/tenders must remain valid for 90 days.
• No advance payment will be made; payment will be subject to acceptance of items by user activity.
• Sales tax must be shown separately. Warranty/guarantee period should be quoted where applicable.

Submission and opening:

• Last date for submission of tenders: 2026-08-25 (1000 hrs).
• Tenders will be opened on the same day (opening time as stated in the notice).
