The Directorate General of Archaeology, Government of the Punjab invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered with SECP/Registrar of Firms, FBR and PRA (Active Taxpayers) with demonstrable experience in supply, installation and commissioning of electrical equipment/appliances and furniture. Complete electronic bids must be submitted online at eproc.punjab.gov.pk.

Eligibility & procedure: Procurement will be carried out in accordance with Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per clause 38 of the PPR Rules 2014 (amended). Bidders must be registered and active taxpayers with required demonstrable experience.
Bid security: Bid security must be provided in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee in favour of Director General of Archaeology. The Bid Security shall be in the form of a CDR issued exclusively by the Bank of Punjab; CDRs issued by any other bank will not be accepted.
Other points: Bidding documents are available as per rules; incomplete bids will be rejected. The Directorate General of Archaeology reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
