- Bidders: well-reputed firms.
- Bid submission: electronic bids submitted through the E-PAD portal.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Bank Guarantee in original is mandatory and must be submitted to the Purchase Section at least 30 minutes prior to tender opening. Failure to submit the original bid security within the stipulated time will result in rejection.
- Tender opening: publicly opened as per the schedule above.
- Procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the procurement process or modify quantities and to reject bids in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.
- Tender documents and responses should be handled as per the PPRA website and E-PADS portal instructions; response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
