MES (PAF) Peshawar Tender: Provision of Various Facilities at PAF – Tender Notice (Dated 2026-08-10)

Military Engineer Services (CMES, PAF), Peshawar (Tender Ref: 600/80/E-6 dated 10-08-2026) invites sealed tenders under PPRs/PPRA rules for multiple works for provision of certain facilities at PAF locations. Firms/contractors must apply for issuance of tender documents with complete credentials as described in the notice.

- Tender opening: 2026-08-27 at 12:00 Hrs (on same date).

- Tender documents will be issued only to firms whose applications/credentials are scrutinized and found to meet the required experience and special conditions for the job/area.

- Interested firms may contact the listed GE/CE (Air) offices including AHQ Peshawar, Air Base Peshawar, Air Base Risalpur and CE (Air) Kohat / CMES (PAF) Peshawar for information between working hours (0715–1335 hrs) on working days.

Eligibility and important conditions (as stated):

• Firms/contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department and that no adverse report from Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (Engineer-in-Chief’s Branch GHQ Rawalpindi) is outstanding against them.
• Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit valid PEC registration copies. Firms not registered with PEC are ineligible.
• Contractors on approved MES lists (categories A/B/C/D) with sufficient experience of this type of work may be considered.
• The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders; rejected tenders will be dealt with per applicable procurement rules.
