IDAP Pre-Qualification Notice for General Contractors — Lahore Museum Master Plan (Phase-1)

Issuing authority: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). IDAP invites pre-qualification proposals from eligible general contractors through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PPRA) for the Master Plan for conservation, rehabilitation, improvement and upgradation of Lahore Museum (Phase-1).

Scope: Construction and restoration works of buildings and infrastructure including civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical & fire-fighting works, external development works and associated deployment of materials, labor, formwork, tools & machinery.

How to apply: All interested applicants must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible. Pre-qualification documents, detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. Only proposals submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System will be considered; proposals submitted by any other mode will not be accepted.

Submission & opening: Pre-qualification proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-08-25 by 03:00 PM. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement System. If the last date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
