Eligibility: Electronic bids invited from eligible bidders registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category.
Bid Submission: E-bids must be uploaded on EPADS v2.0 by the specified submission time for each work. Hard copies will not be accepted.
Bid Security & Documents: Bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents. Bidding documents, terms & conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the EPADS portal at https://eproc.cda.gov.pk.
Procurement Procedure: Single Stage-One Envelope procedure adopting Least Cost Selection (LCS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant regulatory guidelines.
Opening of Bids: Bids will be opened on the dates and times shown in the table in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who choose to attend.
