Notice of Proposed Transfer of Leasehold Shops in Peshawar Cantt

The Executive Officer, Peshawar Cantonment, gives notice that the leasehold rights in shops (Survey No. F/542/45) on Sultan Road, Peshawar Cantt, formerly recorded in the names of Hazrat Bilal, Pir Abdul Naseer Ahmad and Shahid Khan, have been sold. Inayat Khan has submitted an application with supporting registration documents to have these shops transferred into his name.

Any bank or institution with an objection to the proposed transfer must submit a written objection to the cantt office within 15 days of this publication. If no timely objection is received, the transfer will be processed and no further claims will be accepted.
