E-Procurement Tender for Food, Laboratory Chemicals and Miscellaneous Supplies for Government Mental Hospital (FY 2026-27)

Medical Superintendent, Government Mental Hospital invites e-tenders for supply of raw rations, laboratory chemicals, bedding, washing and other miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered on the relevant e-procurement/CPRA/PPRA portals and hold required sanitary/food authority approvals where applicable.

Bids are to be submitted online via the e-procurement (EPAD) system. Online submission closes on 2026-07-25 at 11:00 AM, with online opening on 2026-07-25 at 12:00 PM. A bid security of 20% of the total bid value must be uploaded to EPAD and the original submitted to the office as required. Participating firms must have at least three years’ experience and provide performance records; non-compliant or unregistered bids will be declared non-responsive.
