SECP Invitation to Bid for All-in-One Desktops and Laptops (Tender T#25(i)/25-26 & T#25(ii)/25-26)

Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The SECP invites bids through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from authorized service providers/principals' authorized dealers, distributors, partners, or resellers based in Pakistan, registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (or relevant revenue boards) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and listed on the Active Taxpayers List.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid bond/security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids etc. are available for interested bidders. Documents can be downloaded from: https://ecprocure.gov.pk/ or https://www.secp.gov.pk/procurement/.

Submission method: Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted ONLY through EPADS. Technical assistance for EPADS is available via PPRA: https://www.ppra.org.pk/.

Bid opening: Bids will be accepted on or before the stated closing time on the tender notice and will be opened on the same day at 15:00 hrs (local time).
